To reserve a puppy (first come-first serve basis), we require a signed “purchase contract” and a deposit of $500. (paid by check or cash). Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless we don’t have a healthy puppy available for you. The deposit is credited toward your final purchase price. We do not guarantee color or sex, but rather encourage our families to choose their puppy based on temperament, as the temperament is what will determine if the puppy is a good fit for your family. 

A deposit guarantees you a puppy for a specific litter, with the understanding that Linder Labradoodles & Bernedoodles is not held responsible for things outside of our control such as: smaller litter than expected, mother aborts puppies too early, a puppy gets sick, etc. Please understand the policy of a non-refundable deposit is not for greed; the deposits are used to support the mother and puppies needs including veterinary bills, food, care, and increased electrical and water bills. A contract is required to make a deposit to ensure each depositor fully understands/reads/knows that once a deposit is placed for a specific litter, we cannot return it under any circumstances due to what the deposit is used for.

 

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy for any reason (without justification). In the event we refuse the sale, your deposit will be returned.

The breeder reserves the right to take first pick from any litter, should the breeder decide to retain a puppy.

Purchase price includes a 2 year health guarantee, 2 sets of vaccinations (including influenza), microchip implant, dew claws removed, deworming, first bag of food, collar and leash, toys (that smell like mom and siblings), and a lifetime of support….we are only a phone call away if you ever have questions.
